Zero Trust and the critical role of strong authentication

Zero Trust and the critical role of strong authentication

The Executive Order on Improving the Nation’s Cybersecurity issued on May 12, 2021 requires federal agencies to develop a plan to adopt Zero Trust architectures within 60 days and multi-factor authentication within 180 days. With the increasing cyber attacks toward all areas of government, the executive order should serve as a guideline for state and local agencies to consider as well.

Join this panel of experts as they discuss:

  • Zero Trust and MFA implications related to the executive order
  • The role of strong authentication and why it is critical in a Zero Trust environment
  • Recommendations on how government agencies can assess their current architectures and move to a Zero Trust model
