Expel is out with its latest quarterly threat report, which reveals that identity-based attacks now account for 56% of incidents identified by Expel's SOC. Jon Hencinski shares highlights from the report and how to respond to BEC, ransomware and attackers who have found ways to defeat MFA.

As the director of global operations at Expel, Hencinski is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Expel's security operations center and detection and response engineering. He oversees how Expel recruits, trains and develops security analysts. Hencinski has over a decade of experience in the areas of SOC operations, threat detection and incident response. Prior to Expel, he worked at Mandiant and BAE Systems and was an adjunct professor at The George Washington University.
