Bales previously ran a Cybersecurity Consulting team dealing with the sharp end of customer DDoS events, breaches and compliance challenges and has been working in the industry for over 25 years.

His specialization is designing and delivering complex and holistic cloud, network and security solutions, specifically for government, finance and gambling sectors. His experience in securing data with air-gapped networks, private clouds and robust controls is now proving critical in helping Colt customers in dealing with the escalating threats including cloud workloads and hybrid workforces.
